A design framework for the renewal and environmental improvement of Clendon residential neighbourhood including:

• Strengthening the linkages and connections within the neighbourhood and to the main roads, schools, town centre, community facilities and reserves, by linking up dead-end streets & right-of-ways and providing public frontage to in-fill developments.
• Reconfiguration of the reserve as a valuable public amenity with active public edges formed by new housing developments fronting the reserve.
