A masterplan enables staged coordinated development by ensuring all vital elements are considered over time. It provides a solid foundation and simplifies later development stages, with key decisions on critical connections, infrastructure and amenity values providing guiding principles.Park Green illustrates the various parts of the development stages where we have experience. We have conceptualised the masterplan with our Partners Civilplan Consultants, assisted with a Plan Change to the Auckland Unitary Plan, then delved into the detail, and together we have designed the various stages of the subdivsion and implemented the first half of all stages. This has included detailed street design, lot design, level considerations, landscape solutions for the esplanade and restoration of two streams and wetlands, and designing a playground. We also undertake a design review service for Hugh Green on each proposed dwelling.
