Park Green is an excellent example of the range of work that Transurban can provide - we can help with your projects from broad level plan change work all the way down to the detail of planting plans, construction detailing for landscape elements and the design of paving patterns.
At Park Green Transurban is part of a collaborative team of consultancies. Work started off with masterplanning the area, then going into detail of the various residential stages, assisting with Resource Consents and EPA detailed plans.
Transurban can assist on all or selected stages/ detail for projects. We do believe that the best outcomes are achieved when projects have a clear vision, as we can then prepare the foundations (plan changes, masterplans) to help realize these outcomes. It helps for future developments to keep the bigger picture in mind and the detailed design easier to follow through.
