The Botanic Silverdale - Retirement Village

The Botanic Silverdale is a resort-style retirement village, offering a mix of villas, apartments and communal spaces such as gardens, clubhouse and wellness centre.

Existing streams have been upgraded with native vegetation, increasing ecological value and providing amenity for the local residents. The village and its grounds are fully accessible successfully integrating 1:20 maximum gradients with the steep topography.

Transurban was closely involved in the design and consenting of The Botanic, ensuring that development, natural environment and functionality were provided, resulting in this high amenity environment.
